A Canadian in Ecuador, an avid baker, and a lifelong cookie enthusiast. These days, Cookie Kook is based in Tababela, near Quito airport.
From oatmeal raisin to a cinnamon swirl, I love the familiar comfort of a homemade cookie—and having a little fun with the flavours.
